its a great sandbox game. if you want to know how to start playing right keep on reading.
you first start out in the middle of a grassy desert or snow place. you first find a tree and start punching it
until it brakes.
that block will lay on the ground until you pick it up. then you press e on your keyboard to open your inventory. if you put the tree wood in a little 2 x 2 square next to your guy. wood plank 4 wood planks will show up next to the logs.pick them up and drag them planks to your item slots you can right click to place them.
continue to brake tree logs and make planks to build a house. you might want to get in there at night so monster wont get you! then make windows by braking some holes in the house.
then wait it there till morning comes. all monsters will burn at night except these weird green exploding land squids called "Creepers" also Giant Spiders and the Endermen. the monsters that do burn are zombies and skeletons.
